I love goal setting. As a writer with a full-time job, I need to be balanced and set deadlines and goals in order to move forward and grow both in my professional career and my writing career. In the past, I would use a calendar to write monthly goals for myself from month-to-month but I've noticed that this usually makes me feel rushed, stressed, and often I don't end up meeting all of my goals. So, I've decided to take a page out of Kristen Martin's book and set bi-monthly goals from here on out. I've set ten goals for myself and in order to succeed, I would like to meet at least eight of these goals.
